Disclaimer :
The nature of goose down means that it retains both heat and air and potentially even some odours and when it comes to owning and looking after a goose down duvet or bedding item. Due to its tangled and fluffy form, down can also trap some particles of organic matter. These particles are responsible for some smells you may encounter with goose down.

So, does goose down smell? In short, yes, goose down can have farm or poultry aromas if it is not treated properly. Naturally, goose down can smell of ‘a farm or poultry,’ however, if washed properly, it will significantly reduce the smell for your down comforter or other down bedding.

Likewise, you may be panicking: “my new goose down duvet smells!”. Don’t fear, this can be combated through some simple washing techniques. We have a few tips and tricks to ensure that your down pillow or comforter not only gets clean, but also reduces any unpleasant odors, or smells from down.

How to care for 100% goose down pillows:

• Wash the pillow once every two weeks by soaking the goose down pillow in warm water mixed with laundry soap. Can be washed by washing machine or by hand
• After that, put the pillow in the washing machine, avoid using high speed to maintain the quality of the pillow, set the washing machine to medium speed for approximately 15 minutes
• Dry the pillow in the washing machine at medium temperature for approximately 15 minutes
• After drying in the washing machine, pat the goose down pillow again so that it returns to its position before being washed
• Repeat the drying process so that the pillow is completely dry

Your order will proceed 2-7 days after payment verified by IndoLinen Team. The shipping time may vary based on the shipping method.

4. The difference in shipping costs arising from the transaction cannot be refunded.

Cancelation
You cannot change the specifications and quantity of goods after making a payment. If there is a change in specifications and quantity after payment is made,you have no right to change or cancel the order unilaterally.

Storage and Pickup
Storage of goods is a maximum of 15 days after the goods are declared ready for pickup / delivery. After 30 days the goods will be subject to a warehouse charge per month of 2% of the total order and the goods will be returned to IndoLinen warehouse

Return and Refund Policy

Return Product and Refund ELIGIBLE if:

1. Customer entitled to ask for a refund if the item received is in a damaged condition (torn and stain) and unusable.
2. Product returned by customer must be new (not washed and unused) and the product should be in the same condition as when it was received
3. Returned items must be returned in original packaging from IndoLinen.
4. Item received by the customer does not match specification stated on the invoice or company shipped the wrong item. (Example: wrong measurement or wrong color.)
5. The Product received by the customer does not match the amount of quantity stated on the invoice and the customer can ask for a refund for the total of products that haven’t been delivered.
6. Return product has to come with proof of purchase in the form of an invoice.
7. Return product and refund referring to point A1, A4, and A5 can be requested within 2 (two) days counting from the date the items received by the customer (according to receipt)

Return Product and Refund INELIGIBLE if:

1. Product returned by the customer is damaged, defected by customer negligence.
2. Products returned are in used conditions (washed and used)
3. Items returned without original packaging from IndoLinen.
4. The Customer wants to change the specification and quantity of order after payment has been made (either deposit or full payment)
5. Informing a wrong order after the purchased has been placed and payment verification has been made is not acceptable. The paid order is considered as FINAL and cancellation of orders will not be allowed.
6. The Customer failed to show the proof payment in the form of an invoice.
7. Return product and refund requested exceed the due date which is 2 (two) days counting from the date the items received by the customer (according to the receipt)

Refund and/or Return Products Procedure :

1. Return product and/or refund is applicable to be submitted within 2 (two) days counting from the date the items received by the customer.
2. Please make a request for return and refund through IndoLinen Customer Service (adm.mrkt@indolinen.com) or WhatsApp through +62 811-3960-1119 and fill the Return/Refund form along with a photo of the item received and the invoice.
3. Customer Service Indolinen will review and submit the return products and/or refund to be forwarded to the management.
4. Customers must return the products in 7 (seven) working days counting from the day the customer's request for return or refund approved by the Customer Service of IndoLinen. Return and Refund form should be sent to the following address:

5. IndoLinen will not be held accountable for the shipment's cost of the shipping.
6. IndoLinen Quality Control Team will check the returned product once it has arrived. IndoLinen Customer Service will inform the status of the submission of returns and/or refunds to the Customer no later than 3 (three) working days after the item is received.
7. The Refund process to the customer’s account will be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days counting from the approval of the refund application.
